Detour Smart Peanut Butter chocolate oatmeal bars review!


Detour is run by Forward Foods which is a company that markets and produces shakes and  protein bars. They began in 2002 with the hopes of providing high protein snack bars for all to enjoy ! 

Their products are made with whey protein which is the highest quality of protein available made with essential amino acids that are great for recovery and muscle recovery.

The  bars were a hit so they started making shakes as well! 

Awhile back I have tried out Detour Smart bars and was beyond excited when they reached out to me via email to see if I was interested in trying out their peanut butter chocolate flavor! 

I'm a huge fan of peanut butter chocolate anything especially for protein bars so I couldn't resist! 

I was sent Detour Smart peanut butter chocolate whole grain oatmeal bars for review in exchange for my honest opinions.

Gluten free 
Good source of fiber 
Contains only four grams of sugar 
Contains whey protein 
Drizzled with greek yogurt on top for an added boost of protein ! 

I was sent Detour Smarts new flavor to try for review and since I'm a huge fan of peanut butter and chocolate I couldn't wait to sink my teeth into these delicious bars! 


I loved the creamy nutty taste from the peanut butter with chunks of chocolate chips and the best part was that there was enough in each bite where some bars it seems like there's not many chocolate chips in them. Of course I can't forget about the Greek yogurt drizzle on top that made it oh so delicious ! 


Whether you're craving something sweet or just had an intense workout then this tasty bar is for you! 



You can even have it for breakfast on those mornings when you don't have time to sit down and eat.
