Tango Chile Sauce

It all began in Brooklyn, New York June of 2013 with a piquant combination of peppers, vegetables and herbs made with love by hand.

Tango Chile Sauce is a unique Central-American born flavor unlike those other guys they deliver a tangy yet salty kick it up a notch in the flavor department with a zest of lime to rejuvenate every bite along with the smokiness from the peppers that won't knock you're socks off!

Tango Chile Sauces are 100% organic and offer a creamy yet thick texture which is great for dipping and

you can even add a kick of flavor to liven up those bland meals that are lacking in flavor with just a simple squirt to anything from tacos, pizza, eggs, salads, fish, chips, sushi, meat, burgers, veggies and so much more!

Original: Made with Carrots, Apple Cider Vinegar, Garlic, Limes, Chile Peppers, Sawtooth Cilantro and salt

For dinner the other night I made a salad bowl which I used mixed greens for the base then topped it off with charred sweet potato, chicken, beet chips, and guacamole sprinkled with Trader Joe's Everything But The Bagel Seasoning (love it) and then added a zing with Tango Chile Original hot sauce! I liked the sweetness of the carrots along with the heat it was delicate, creamy, zesty, sweet, smoky and delicious!

Quick call the fire department because it's making my mouth water! The Hot Tango Chile Sauce really brings the heat I'm talking Tabasco-level spicy right here! If you are or know someone who loves hot sauce this one is for you! I whipped up an omelette for breakfast yesterday morning and filled it with spinach and the new Kite-Hill Jalapeno cream cheese and Forager cashew milk that made it fluffy and creamy not to mention spicy. Then I topped it with some guacamole and drizzled on Tango Chile Hot Sauce whoa, spicy overload but one heck of a delicious breakfast it offered a subtle sweetness from the carrots along with alarming heat of peppers that provided great flavor with a side of beet chips and sliced pear to balance out the heat!

Each Tango Chile Sauce delivered the perfect balance of salty, sweet and heat that turned ordinary meals into extraordinary ! I loved using the sauces in many recipes to wake up my taste buds! The original one was my favorite it was salty, sweet and smokey whereas the hot was way too spicy for me but it was flavorful and worked wonders on eggs!
