Watermelon Road Dried Fruit Jerky
It all began with Founder of Watermelon Road Fruit snacks Jamie who was like us were brought up on diets filled with prepared conscience foods and processed ingredients .When Jamie's friends had fallen ill to autoimmune diseases in their 20's it was then she knew her ways of eating had to change and she then realized that when avoiding those processed foods it had a huge impact on her husbands ankylosing spondylitis symptoms.
They then made lifestyle changes in ridding the family diet of processed foods and swapped them with whole, and cleaner easy to pronounce ingredients and when Jamie became a mom she was solely oriented toward healthier ways of living by providing her family with snacks that were packed with nutrients and also fun to eat.
During the summer months Jamie spent her days in the garden where she created ways to add fruits and vegetables into meals and to enjoy them on the go and that's how Watermelon Road fruit jerky began by not only fresh flavors but healthy foods as well to provide better snack choices !
What makes me fall in love with a company is that they believe in good food especially when they make you feel good.

Made with organic apples, organic cinnamon, ginger, vanilla bean powder, organic maple syrup, lemon juice and sea salt
Discover the aroma and taste of warm apple pie without the crust and filling in these wholesome crispy healthy apple chips that are delicately flavored to perfection with warm creamy vanilla and sprinkled to perfection with cinnamon .
I loved the crisp texture of the apple chips and the fact that they resembled apple pie only healthier making it the perfect anytime snack! Makes for a great topping on top of yogurt even smoothies!
Pineapple Mojito:
Made with pineapple, lime juice, and organic mint
Watermelon Lemonade:
Made with organic watermelon, and lemon juice
Biting into the watermelon lemonade was enticing with both tart and sweet flavors that made for a refreshing treat that can't be beat ! Reminded me of summer as a kid!
Smoky Balsamic Eggplant:
Made with eggplant, pineapple juice, balsamic vinegar, organic maple syrup, extra virgin olive oil, organic apple cider vinegar, applewood smoked sea salt, organic garlic powder, organic paprika and organic onion powder
I made a sandwich with Kitehill plain cream cheese, lettuce, golden beets , avocado and added watermelon roads smoky balsamic eggplant strips to top it off which made it delightful with the smokiness from paprika, and the subtle sweetness
Each one of Watermelon Road Dried Fruit Jerky was unique in their own way from the subtle sweetness in the smoky balsamic eggplant to the tartness in the pineapple Mojito, the refreshingly juiciness of the watermelon and the warm essence of cinnamon in apple pie!
I loved each one of Watermelon Rpad Dried Fruit Jerky they were delicious making them perfect for snacking whether on yogurt, in a cocktail, or straight from the bag!
