When Jamie's friends had fallen ill to autoimmune diseases in their 20's it was then she knew her ways of eating had to change and she then realized that when avoiding those processed foods it had a huge impact on her husbands ankylosing spondylitis symptoms. They then made lifestyle changes in ridding the family diet of processed foods and swapped them with whole, and cleaner easy to pronounce ingredients and when Jamie became a mom she was solely oriented toward healthier ways of living by providing her family with snacks that were packed with nutrients and also fun to eat.
