It all began with a desire to live a healthy lifestyle and what better way to do so than with wholesome snacks chock full of a unique blend of juicy fruits, coconut, crunchy nuts in bar form with or without oats to satisfy ones hunger?

The term Oriole in Latin which is a tiny forest bird that symbolizes both positive energy and harmony.

Granola Bars with oats

Cranberry Almond:  

Made with organic gluten free rolled oats, pure maple syrup, organic almonds, organic cranberries, organic pitted dates, organic pepitas, organic flaxseeds, organic sesame seeds, organic jumbo raisins, grape seed oil, cinnamon , and sea salt

I loved the way the tart cranberries mingled together quite perfectly with the sticky sweetness from the dates and raisins with the surprising nutty crunch of almonds with a touch of warm cinnamon! 

Figs & Pecan: 
Made with organic pitted dates, organic gluten free rolled oats, maple syrup, organic figs, organic pecans, natural dried apples, cinnamon and a speckle of sea salt.

Figs and Pecan are the wonderful flavors of Fall from the sticky sweetness to the maple like roasted crunch which go along ever so perfectly on a Butternut Squash smoothie! 


Mango Apple: 
Made with organic pitted dates, organic gluten free oats, organic mango, organic dry apple, pure maple syrup, organic almond, grapeseeds oil and cinnamon

I enjoyed this flavor along on some dairy free yogurt the mango and apple provided the perfect amount of sweetness with a touch of cinnamon topped off with some tangy cranberries and dried mango for good measure it was delightful breakfast ! 

Pistachio Coconut :
made with organic pitted dates, organic gluten free oats, pure maple syrup, organic, unsweetened coconut flakes, organic banana chips, organic sesame seeds, organic pistachios , organic cashews, grape seed oil, sea salt and nutmeg


Earthy yet Nutty pistachio meets salty yet sweet with a unique blend of cashews, toasty sesame seeds with  shreds of coconut, banana chips all sprinkled to perfection with the flavors of nutmeg and sea salt! 

Apricot Ginger: 

made with organic pitted dates, organic gluten free oats, organic dehydrated apricot, pure maple syrup, organic almonds, raw orange peel, organic crystallized ginger, grape seed oil, cinnamon and nutmeg

 loved the sweetness from the apricot paired with the spice of ginger 

Paleo Fruit Bars -


Flax Seed Bar Mango & Orange:
made with flax seeds, dry mango, dry apples, dates, raw orange peel and lemon peel
The sticky sweetness of the ripe juicy mango with the exotic citrus flavor of both lemon and orange  were the perfect topping on some dairy free pineapple yogurt with coconut shreds and dried mango! 


Apple Figs:
made wth flax seeds, dry apples, dates, dry figs, and cinnamon 

The apple and fig bar reminded me of Fall with it's crisp apples and sticky sweetness from the dates and figs with a sprinkling of warm cinnamon!  I generously smeared on some cashew butter and sandwiched it between raisins and a touch of cinnamon it paired perfectly with my morning coffee!

Each Oriole Food bar was so unique in their own special way with crunchy nuts, fruits and seeds all creating both great texture as well as taste providing me with a wholesome snack or breakfast !
