Jack's Paleo Kitchen Cookies Review




It all began with Josh when diagnosed with Gluten Intolerance, then followed with Cadence as well as Avery symptoms had eliminated when they removed gluten from their lifestyle . Karissa chose the Paleo lifestyle and was they were shocked at how great they all felt with their ways of eating but were bummed with how paleo cookies on the market tasted like a cardboard box so they created their very own and that's how Jack's Paleo Kitchen was born!

Not all Paleo Cookies are created equal some taste like cardboard, some are chewy, crunchy and then there's Jack's Paleo Kitchen cookies by Jack Francis Foods Company ran by family on the outskirts of Ferndale, Washington that are unbelievably delicious with their soft and chewy texture.

Made with Organic Coconut Flour, Arrowroot Powder, Sweet Potato Flour, Organic Palm Shortening, Honey, Maple Syrup, Water, Apple Cider Vinegar, Grass-Fed Collagen, Baking Soda, Cream of Tartar, Cinnamon, and Evaporated Cane Sugar


This snickerdoodle cookie was super tasty it reminded me of a sugar cookie only without the sprinkles on top and was the perfect treat with some snickerdoodle ice cream!
Chocolate Chip:

Made with Organic Coconut Flour, Arrowroot Powder, Sweet Potato Flour, Organic Palm Shortening, Organic Fair-Trade Chocolate Chips, (Evaporated Cane Juice, Non Alcoholic Natural Chocolate Liquor), Non Dairy Cocoa Butter, Honey, Maple Syrup, Water, Apple Cider Vinegar, Grass-Fed Collagen, Baking Soda and Kosher Salt.
For as long as I can remember the chocolate chip cookie has always been a favorite of mine from chewy to crunchy they are the perfect sweet to have with a cold glass of milk. I loved the soft chew of the cookie it offered that fresh from the oven feel and my the way the chocolate chips melt in your mouth as you take a bite! YUM! 
Nut Free Trail Mix Bites:

Made with Organic Coconut Flour, Cassava Flour, Sweet Potato Flour, Organic Palm Shortening, Honey, Maple Syrup, Organic Shredded Coconut, Organic Sunflower Seeds, Organic Pumpkin Seeds, Prune Puree, Raisins, Organic Fair-Trade Chocolate Chips (Evaporated Cane Juice, Natural Chocolate Liquor(Non-Alcoholic), Non Dairy Cocoa Butter, Organic Chia Seeds, Cranberries, Apple Juice Concentrate, Sunflower Oil, Water, Apple Cider Vinegar, Baking Soda, Kosher Salt 

Think trail mix but in the form of a cookie with ground chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, raisins, cranberries, shredded coconut and chocolate chips! 
I loved the soft chew of the Trail Mix cookie along with the sweetness of coconut, plump and juicy raisins, tangy cranberries and creamy chocolate chips. It was the perfect bite sized snack!

Ginger Molasses:
Made with Organic Coconut Flour, Arrowroot Powder, Sweet Potato Flour, Organic Palm Shortening, Honey, Maple Syrup, Unsulphured  Molasses , Water, Apple Cider Vinegar, Grass-Fed Collagen, Baking Soda, Ginger, Cinnamon, Salt
Tasted just like a gingerbread cookie with the sweetness of molasses and spice from ginger.

Coconut Raisin:

Made with Organic Coconut Flour, Arrowroot Powder, Sweet Potato Flour, Organic Palm Shortening, Honey, Maple Syrup, Organic Unsweetened Shredded Coconut, Organic Raisins, Water, Apple Cider Vinegar, Unsulphured Molasses, Grass-Fed Collagen, Baking Soda, Cinnamon and salt.

Think oatmeal raisin cookie but without the oats sweetened with coconut and plump juicy raisins. I loved the sweetness of the cookie it was soft, chewy and the raisins popped in your mouth with each bite!



Lemon Zing:

Made with Organic Coconut Flour, Arrowroot Powder, Sweet Potato Flour, Organic Palm Shortening, Honey, Maple Syrup, Water, Apple Cider Vinegar, Lemon Oil, Grass-Fed Collagen, Baking Soda and salt.


The lemon zing cookie is the perfect summer time treat with it's soft chewy texture and burst of lemon !
