Share the traditional taste of Bibigo with Gotchu Korean Hot sauce !

What is your favorite dish that you add hot sauce to?

Me personally I'm not a huge fan of too much heat so with that in mind I like it low and slow. Just recently I was sent Gotchu hot sauce through sampler to try out .

Share the traditional taste of Bibigo with Gotchu Korean Hot sauce !

The name Bibigo comes from the Korean word to “mix,” combined with “go” for an exciting line of products that are delicious and convenient. Simple to enjoy and worth sharing.

Bibigo is the number one food company in Korea and has over 60 years of experience, and they know what it takes to make exceptional food! For their grilled meat products, they use a real fire to grill the meats which gives them that authentic barbecue flavor we all know and love then they add real fruit purees to their marinades which helps to naturally tenderize meat.

I too believe that all food should be balanced in nutrition, flavor, texture and color. This unique synergy is what powers the mind and body!

GotChu starts off with slow heat that takes the right amount of time to get to tickle your taste buds which they refer to as slow lingering heat.

Gotchu hot sauce is made into an Onggi which is a traditional clay pot that's used for fermenting and storing gochujang which is a Korean hot chili pepper that has been fermented into a paste with sun dried chilies.

When it comes to hot and spicy foods I'm not particular a fan but also not afraid to try it. I just have one rule to have it not be scorching hot ! I can't seem to get enough of orange chicken and general tso's though those two are my favorite when dining at a Chinese food restaurant.

I've tried kimchi that was spicy and absolutely loved it being the perfect topping to hot dogs and much more adding great flavor and crunch !

Want to experience slow heat with Gotchu ? Try it on chicken, pizza, veggies, fried rice, eggs and even dumplings !

Disclosure: I received no compensation for this post however I was provided with samples to facilitate this review in exchange for my honest opinions which in fact are my own.
