It all began with Mark Sisson when he was to determined to create the world’s most delicious tasting, real-food pantry staples, starting with a mayonnaise that is made with avocado oil which is how Primal Kitchens was born now today, they offer  condiments, dressings/marinades, avocado oils, protein bars, collagen protein powder and bars, plus whey protein that focuses on fats that we love, clean ingredients, and uncompromisingly delicious flavor.

I have tried many Primal Kitchens products in the past and have loved them from their collagen bars, avocado oil even salad dressings. Just recently I was sent a coupon to try out Primal Kitchens ketchup and their mustard. 



One of my all time favorite ways to use ketchup is on burgers and fries of course so I did just that ! I liked the taste of the ketchup it was tangy and not sweet like others as it's unsweetened.



I chose to purchase Primal Kitchens spicy brown mustard and so glad I did because it was perfect on my sandwich wraps giving it a spicy kick ! They are even better when paired together on burgers and hot dogs !
