It all began in Ashland, Oregon the year of 2002 by founder of Pickled Planet Courtlandt Jennings where he was driven to make fantastic fermented vegetables where he started out concocting such delicious ferments that would be sold statewide by 2004.
Courtlandt started off first by fermenting breads when he was in highschool then later he learned how ferment beer, kombucha, sprout water, rejuvelac and then pickles krauts followed shortly after.
At the tender age of nine years old he discovered a health problem and gave up eating white flour and sugar which later opened his eyes to various subcultures, self healing and also healing the body with healthy foods.

Worked as the perfect topping on a bed of mixed greens sliced cucumbers, olives, carrots, onions and tuna for lunch it was bursting with flavor from the pickled radishes, a hint of sweetness from the carrots and a bit of a kick to tantalize the taste buds!

I love beet kraut it adds great flavor to burgers, salads and even wonderful served with a side of eggs making it the perfect side to any breakfast! It's one of those flavors that can't be beat haha see what I did there? It's tangy, it's sweet whether served with lamb , red meats or even with cheese and crackers!
Dilly Beans Probiotic Green Bean Raw Fermented Pickles:

Wait, hold up! A string bean that tastes like a pickle?!
I enjoyed each one of the products I was sent by The Pickled Planet to review they offered great flavor to my meals whether served on a salad, a juicy burger, with eggs, chicken or with hot dogs! Each one of them was unique in their own fermented way providing just the right amount of heat and sweetness that made my meals more exciting and flavorful!
I received no compensation for this post but was provided with samples of Pickled Planet Sauerkraut to facilitate this review in exchange for my honest opinion which in fact are my own.
