Itsumo Foods Wild Ahi Tuna in Extra Virgin Coconut Oil

Itsumo Foods began in Japan ran by Americans who brought us nothing but the best with their Wild Ahi Tuna products unlike no other with extraordinary taste of fresh Japanese AAA grade Ahi Tuna that's hand caught and requested at some of the finest restaurants throughout the world.

Itsumo Foods Wild Ahi Tuna in Extra Virgin Coconut Oil is cooked and ready to eat for your pleasure!

Itsumo Foods Premium Grade Wild Ahi Tuna isn't like your average tuna it's packed in coconut oil so there's no draining excess water.

Ahi tuna is rich in selenium, Vitamin D , phosphorus and protein not to mention those heart healthy and anti-inflammatory benefits from omega 3 fish oils.

The makers of Itsumo Foods took it to a whole new level when they paired it with coconut oil that offers a moist texture so there's no need to add any condiments to them such as salad dressing or mayo !

With Itsumo Foods Wild Ahi Tuna you can add it to so many dishes from salads, sandwiches, casseroles, serve it up on crackers for a light lunch or even fish tacos!

Tuna Salad-

I prepared a delightful salad to take with me one day to work and added Itsumo Foods tuna fish on top with a drizzle of dressing carrots, cucumbers, olives and beet kraut with a side of crackers and an apple (not pictured)

Fish Tacos-
This photo doesn't even do justice of how good this fish taco was ! Seriously it was amazing and the best fish taco I've ever had! I added romaine lettuce on the bottom of a Sieste Foods almond flour wrap and then added the tuna fish which I cut up some onions, olives and celery mixed it all together with a touch of Tessamae's Cesar Salad Dressing and then added some Beet Kraut! I loved the fresh taste of the tuna it was delicious and how the coconut oil gave it a touch of sweetness along with the crunch of the veggies and creaminess from the dressing along with the kraut on top !

Tuna & Crackers-

Tuna Fish Sandwich-

Living by the beach I've grown up on seafood and love tuna fish because it's so versatile you can add it to so many recipes whether it's on salad, on your favorite bread, paired with crackers in a casserole you name it the tunabiliities are endless!

At first I was skeptical on trying out Itsumo Foods tuna since it's made with coconut oil but it's surprisingly delicious and provides both great texture and flavor!
