It all began in 1995 with Patrick founder of Zuke's who was on an epic journey through the mountains of Durango with his chocolate lab Zuke.  To finish their excursion Patrick shared his protein bar with Zuke to refuel which is when he came to the realization that dogs are just like humans being that they need healthy treats to keep them going. Patrick carefully selected the finest of ingredients from the earth and that is how Zuke's Dog Food and Treats was born!
