Nada Moo began in 2004 by whipping up coconut-milk ice cream in small batches for friends and family that are dairy-free in Austin, Texas .

 They were hooked on the creamy consistency so much so that word got around how delicious it was where people would show up with spoons ready !

 The name nadamoo was created for this delectable treat because not only is it fun and delicious to eat but it's made without any dairy .

Treat that is made with a coconut milk base followed by using organic and certified non GMO ingredients that provide unique flavor profiles .

 Nadamoo is also gluten free, vegan , cholesterol free and fair trade certified

 What makes Nadamoo so delicious and unlike any other brand is that it's made with coconut milk where it provides a creamy texture like real ice cream from the saturated fats that's different than ones in animal foods. The saturated fats in meats and whole dairy foods products for certain people will cause the liver to produce too much cholesterol whereas the saturated fats from coconut show no signs of harmful effects .

 Ever since I have tried Nadamoo dairy-free ice cream I was complete! Their ice cream is like no other brand that I've tried it was creamy and didn't provide a chalky consistency, it was sweet and oh so good!

 To satisfy my sweet tooth during the holidays I selected both Himalayan Salted Caramel which is buttery smooth and goes great with rich fudgey chocolate brownies and chocolate almond chip being the perfect pair to freshly baked pumpkin pie !

 The chocolate almond chip Nadamoo ice cream reminded me of my all time favorite candy bar growing up the almond joy with luscious creamy chocolate that melted in you're mouth with nutty crunchy roasted almonds along with sweet coconut paired being the perfect pair to savory pumpkin pie !

Each Nadamoo flavor I've tried was intensely creamy from the way that the Himalayan salted caramel was buttery, sweet and speckled with sea salt or the way that the chocolate almond chip reminded me of my childhood favorite candy bar providing a crunch of almonds en robed in decadent dark chocolate with sweet nutty coconut !
