Eat IQbar
It all began with Founder Will Nitze where he majored in Psychology and Neuroscience at Harvard and became then fascinated by how the human brain works.
When he entered the work environment he discovered he was having difficulty with his own brain where brain fog and fatigue were a daily occurrence, for a quick fix he turned to caffeinated beverages and sugary snacks just to focus only making the problem worse to his growing list of cognitive issues.
On a quest to get to the root of the problem he tried and tested all sorts of ways from getting more exercise and sleep as well.
When amphetamines showed a desire to be dependent with negative side effects he then went grain-free and ate a high in fat healthy diet which was developed by Brain Nutrition expert Dr. David Perlmutter and Dr. Mark Hyman.
Not long after Will traded in his beloved diet of pasta and bread for healthy swaps such as nuts and avocados he reached new heights with his cognitive performance.
Will's life changing experience with his mental clarity lead him to want to share the world with others who are struggling to focus and in order to stay sharp he then created his very own brain food snacks made with real ingredients that have been proven to sharpen short term cognitive function and long term brain health and in October of 2017 Eat IQbar was born!

I too have been having difficulty staying focused and Will himself provided me with his IQ bars to review and I couldn't wait to try them out being that I am always looking for a healthy snack especially one made with real ingredients that are great for on the go !
Almond Cacao-
Made with chicory root fiber, almonds, dates, coconut, cacao nibs, chia seeds, walnuts, cacao, and Himalayan pink salt
This bar reminded me of an almond joy only better it was crunchy from the unique combination of walnuts and almonds, creamy smooth cacao and the sweetness from dates along with the nutty shreds of coconut.
Blueberry Walnut-
Made with chicory root fiber, coconut, dates, walnuts, sunflower seeds, almonds, blueberries, cacao nibs, chia seeds, and Himalayan pink salt
I loved the chunks of blueberries throughout the bar it was tangy yet sweet with a satisfying crunch from the nuts!
Matcha Hazelnut-
made with chicory root fiber, almonds, dates, coconut, hazelnuts, chia seeds, cacao nibs, walnuts, matcha and Himalayan pink salt
I'm not much of a tea person but when the weather is cold I find myself warming up to it the Matcha Hazelnut bar was unique with it's full bodied earthy matcha flavor along with crunchy nuts and subtle sweetness of dates and nutty coconut!
Each IQbar was unique in their own way providing great texture, crunch and sweetness which was perfect for any snack or grab and go breakfast ! What I loved was that they didn't contain a lot of sugar as other bars do and they had a lot more to offer in them with their chia seeds, crunchy nuts, and creamy smoothness of cacao, plump tangy blueberries or the earthiness matcha!
