It all began when founder of Cynthia Ann's Bakery Elizabeth Ray (Rachel) when her mother Cynthia Ann passed away from breast cancer in 2014.

Cynthia Ann homeschooled Elizabeth and raised her two siblings but didn't have the well-being of upkeep living a long healthy life. Cynthia experienced anxiety, health complications and severe depression which lead to her breast cancer.

After her diagnosis Cynthia was driven to find ways of healing by doing her research and diet as well which inspired her daughter Elizabeth Ray in a big way where she feels obligated to her for awakening her to what is now her love for a diet and lifestyle that impacts health not to mention wellbeing.

Cynthia Ann's Bakery is devoted to Cynthia Ann and her fight for clean food to help diseases and cancer before they occur.

I love me a good pizza there's nothing that I love more than the golden brown pizza crust, gooey cheese and sauce with plump tomatoes, onions, peppers, olives and sausage! Making my mouth water just thinking about it!

Elizabeth herself provided me with her mini pizza crusts to try out which is made with a blend of almond flour, flax meal, psyllium husk , water, egg whites, white distilled vinegar, pizza seasoning, cream of tartar, baking soda and sea salt.

When I was a kid my friends and I would walk to Ronzio's Pizza to get their personal pizza it reminds me of watching the part in Home Alone when Kevin is in search of the cheese pizza and Buzz ate all of it.

When you are a kid you might not like vegetables so when you go to a pizza place that has personal pizzas and you want just cheese it becomes special just for you.

With Cynthia Ann Bakery I got to do just that and here are some of the pies that I created which were phenomenal !

drizzle of cherry bbq sauce topped with garlic chicken sausage cooked in olive oil with onions, sliced avocado, olives and grated zucchini cheese.

Breakfast pizza with scrambled egg cooked in Butter Cuisines chili lime butter, topped with onions, zucchini, pesto from the farmers market and everything but the bagel seasoning with turkey bacon and carrot parsnip fries!

 This one here a bbq chicken pizza made with unlox your dreams cream cheese spread, chicken marinated in bbq sauce, red onions, zucchini with a drizzle of Sir Kensington's Pizza Ranch on top and a side salad with carrot and parsnip fries!

I used a pizza crust for a flatbread since I didn't have any bread at the time for my burger and it was delicious the perfect bun with pickles, mustard and lettuce with a side of golden beets and sweet potato fries.


I loved each pizza creation that I came up with using Cynthia Ann's pizza crusts they were crispy on the out when baked and soft on the in !
