What I loved about using Bake In A Minute bread mix & more was it's versatility from 90 second mug breads to mug cakes even savory dishes and snacks that can be prepared in minutes in the oven.
I made sandwich buns two ways the first one in the microwave using a small bowl which took 90 seconds coming out light and fluffy that I topped with some dairy free cream cheese , avocado slices, onion and parsley served with sweet potato home fries and an orange .
The second I created in the oven using two eggs and a tablespoon of olive oil sprinkled with everything but the bagel seasoning then popped them in the oven and baked them for a total of 8 minutes . For dinner I had a burger served on a Bake In A Minute bun topped with mustard, ketchup, pickles, mixed greens, onions, cashew cheese served with some crisp veggies and garlic sweet potato fries!
I loved using the Bake In A Minute Mix it was so easy to use and required very few ingredients to use in preparing for a meal.
