Simple Kneads Gluten Free Vegan Friendly Artisan Bread!

It all began with Founder of Simple Kneads Tristaun LeClaire who is a natural foods expert that developed an allergy to gluten at the age of two.

The gluten free breads on the market lacked what he was looking for and began experimenting in the kitchen developing his very own recipe

It was through love that create a bread that was not only hearty and tasty but healthy as well.

The result was astounding not to mention delicious so much so that all who sampled the bread begged him to share it with the world.

Each loaf of Simple Kneads bread is created by hand using whole food ingredients that are gathered close to the source.

Now everyone can enjoy breaking bread together with Simple Kneads with their fluffy, hearty artisan bread!

Simple Kneads bread is made in a devoted gluten free facility that are freshly baked , packed and shipped on the same day.

When it comes to Simple Kneads their breads are unique and what makes them so is their shape they are round unlike those other gluten free bread brands it's denser and has more substance plus it doesn't taste like others .

Simple Kneads is made with whole food ingredients without any gums, gluten or processed starches.

I have tried other brands of gluten free bread and sadly they fall apart but Simple Kneads stays together with it's hearty crust on the outside and fluffy texture on the in that make wonderful sandwiches and much more!

I was provided with loaves of Simple Knead to try out and being that I started eating grains again I couldn't wait to bite into their soft and fluffy texture!

I was inspired by a sandwich at a local Raw Juice shop (Raw Bob's Organic Juicery) called Chick Pea of The Sea sandwich is made with chickpeas tossed in a cashew mayo with diced pickles and carrots. I fell in love with it the first time I had it so I recreated it at home but didn't have the carrots on hand so I used pickles along with the homemade cashew mayo. I served it on a bed of sprouts, mixed greens and sliced tomato with a side of grapes and plantain chips.

My all time favorite sandwich as a kid was a classic peanut butter and jelly sandwich so instead of jelly I used sliced strawberries and Nutista's Nut Job peanut butter on toasted sourdough bread it made me feel like a kid again with it's fluffy texture along with creamy peanut butter and sweet strawberry goodness just oozing out of the sides! It wouldn't be a classic with potato chips now would it? So I had plantain chips on the side with some fresh veggies!

For dinner one night I made myself a grilled cheese which was the best decision I ever made because it was insanely delicious ! I heated up the pan with some Miyoko's Vegan Butter then applied a bit to both sides of the bread. I added Miyoko's cashew mozzarella cheese along with some pesto that I bought from my local farmer's market and sprouts with sliced avocado served with veggies and a banana with homemade ranch dip. I enjoyed every bit of the grilled cheese it was melty, creamy, soft, buttery and crunchy all in one bite!

Pumpernickel:

For dinner one night I smashed up avocado and slathered it on the toasted bread then sprinkled one slice with hemp hearts and tomato then the other I added a dash of Trader Joe's Everything But The Bagel Seasoning (my favorite) Do yourself a favor and buy it will not disappoint! along with tomato and cilantro with a Sucker Punch pickle on the side of course.

I liked the texture and flavor of the bread it toasted up perfectly in the toaster.

Each and every loaf of Simple Kneads bread that I sampled offered the perfect crust to soft ratio making it perfect for sandwiches and toast with peanut butter or smashed avocado! I enjoyed the flavors and texture as well being that they didn't fall apart like other gluten free breads do.
