Corey himself reached out to me through email in hopes of trying out their newest addition to the Core Foods family their Core bars and being that I love healthy snacks that are convenient I couldn't pass them up especially since I've reintroduced oats to my lifestyle plus their flavors alone sounded exquisite, I mean Cashew Chip...YUM!

I was provided with both whey and vegan Core Foods bars to try out that are made from whole food ingredients that are free from gluten, syrups and additives.

Cinna'ma Raisin:

Move over Cinnamon Buns there's a new boy in town made with less fat and calories behold the Cinna'ma Raisin Core Foods bar that offers plump juicy raisins, organic whey protein, warm cinnamon, oats , crunchy almonds , creamy cashews, allspice, ginger and filtered water that warm you right up being the perfect breakfast and or snack!

This bar was my favorite it offered that warm Fall like feeling from the cinnamon and raisins that I love reminding me of fresh cinnamon buns from the oven with the gooey icing you know the ones from Pillsbury, growing up they were a staple in my household every Christmas morning for as long as I can remember my mom had them on the table !

Cashew Chip:
Think Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough but in bar form and healthier filled with oats, cashews, raw flaxseed, raisins, coconut, cacao mass, and almonds !

Choco Lots:

My all time favorite Halloween candy was an Almond Joy there was nothing that I loved more than biting into decadent chocolate with sweet and nutty coconut on the inside with crunchy almonds. Biting into the Choco Lots Core Foods bar I was reminded of just that it was bursting with chocolaty goodness in each bite with sweet and nutty coconut!

Bananut Dream:

I chopped up the Bananut Dream Bar for breakfast one morning and added it to some coconut milk yogurt which I then sliced up some banana, raisins, a dash of cinnamon, peanut butter ! What I loved about the Bananut Dream bar was the fact that it was soft like banana bread fresh from the oven !

I enjoyed each and every Core Foods bar they were unique in their own way not to mention made with healthy ingredients!
