Weight loss journey

Hello everyone it's been awhile since I have taken a full body shot picture of my weight loss. I made the decision to get fit and healthy back in December of last year and joined Curves. Below on the left is a picture of me when I was down 35 pounds on the right which is current is 63 pounds total!

    Thanks, I was always over weight and decided to make a change and I have seen results! It does take time and commitment though. Don't give up be strong!

    Thank you so much Janette! I am going to continue until I get to my goal weight, not sure what it is yet but I take it one day at a time.
