Hearty meal

I just had to take a picture of my favorite meal from Panera Bread. A half Turkey sandwich with the low fat chicken noodle soup and a lemonade of course! I am addicted to it!

It all began with Founder of Watermelon Road Fruit snacks Jamie who was like us were brought up on diets filled with prepared conscience foods and processed ingredients . When Jamie's friends had fallen ill to autoimmune diseases in their 20's it was then she knew her ways of eating had to change and she then realized that when avoiding those processed foods it had a huge impact on her husbands ankylosing spondylitis symptoms.
