It all began with two Iowa Natives who relocated to Colorado that shared a love for eating the healthy way.

After many years of those so called healthy energy and protein bars which made them sick and came to the shocking realization looking underneath the packaging on those bars that were chock full of artificial sweeteners, ingredients that they didn't know existed and added sugars which caused not only fatigue, nausea but brain fog as well.

They were on a mission to create the perfect snack that was sourced from the finest ingredients that were not only healthy but delicious and that is how Unwrapp'd was born!

I absolutely loved the cookie dough flavor of Unwrapp'd I was sent it provided that great flavor from the sticky sweetness of the dates along with the satisfying crunch of cacao nibs! It was flavorful, crunchy, sweet, sticky and so delicious making it the perfect texture to form a crust for these razzle dazzle smoothie tarts that I made which I blended raspberries, strawberry cashew yogurt, a banana, some ice and vanilla nut pods till creamy then spooned onto the dough, dusted with coconut and let it freeze a bit. The creaminess of the smoothie along with the chewy yet crunchy consistency from the dough made for one summertime treat making it a refreshing yet healthy treat to satisfy that sweet tooth!
