There are a number of things that can wreak havoc on your teeth especially soda, coffee and or tea which cause yellowing of the teeth.

I don't know how many times when I was little mom would ask me if I brushed my teeth.

I was provided with a sample of Listerine cool mint antiseptic mouthwash through crowdtap to test and I couldn't wait to give my mouth that good cleaning it deserves!






As soon as I received my sample I ripped open the package and started brushing, flossing and swishing to the cool tingling mint sensation!

I loved how refreshing the taste of the mouthwash was and how it gave my mouth a good clean feeling, fresh breath and boosted my confidence ! 

The only thing I don't really care for much is the burning sensation of the alcohol that it gives you, I mean is it necessary?

Either way with or without the burn it does it's job to freshen breath .


Cool mint Listerine antiseptic mouth wash also helps fight plaque, gum disease and gingivitis.



Since I've been using Cool mint Listerine I've noticed that I'm more confident and my breath is fresher than ever !
