Chocolate chip cookies are my favorite cookie they are melt in your mouth delicious !
These cookies were so easy to make all you do is take it out of the wrapper slice 1/2inch then spread apart on cookie sheet and bake in the oven for a total of 10 minutes till fluffy and golden brown.
I loved the way these cookies puffed up, not too crunchy not too soft they were just right! When you take a bite you'll get that warm gooey texture from the cookie, creamy luscious chocolate chips and a hint of coconut ! To say the least they were mouthwatering and pair perfectly with a nice cold glass of milk or even your favorite ice cream, careful though these cookies are pretty amazing you'll be wanting more !
Fettuccine :
Next to lasagna fettuccine is one of my all time favorite dishes I mean who doesn't love twirling pasta around on their fork ? It's fun and oh so good whether you add a creamy cheesy sauce, pesto, red sauce, meat or even seafood !
I made two different fettuccini dishes with Cappello's and I am so glad I did because the first one I overcooked it a bit too much, ah rookie mistake! I have to admit even though it was cooked a little too much it was still good tossed with a bit of butter and garlic salt seasoning and diced lemon pepper chicken!
For the second dish I added in a little butter with garlic salt to taste along with fresh scallops and it was twirl on the fork divine!
Gnocchi:
The gnocchi was tender and worked perfectly tossed with a little spinach sautéed in a pan with sausage, tomatoes, spaghetti sauce making one flavorful and delicious meal !
Lasagna has got to be one of my all time favorites, I mean come on who doesn't love bubbly cheese, flavorful meat seasoned to perfection and piled high with sauce?
Even as a little girl I always had a love for lasagna it was flavorful, filling, creamy from the stringy cheese and oh so good with pasta sauce!
What I love about lasagna is that it can be made with in so many varieties from veggies and cheese, meat and cheese you name it either way it's delicious !
Here's a recipe for you that you'll love it's cheesy, meaty and makes for a wonderful meal!
I thought this recipe was so easy to make because with these lasagna sheets there was no boiling in water required you just slice, layer and bake that's it giving you a meal in 30 minutes !
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
Take out the beef or sausage then crumble it up
Chop whichever vegetables you prefer such as onions or garlic
Heat up a pan and toss in your chopped veggies and meat of choice
Mix in a package of ricotta cheese
I didn't have it on hand so I opted for KiteHill almond milk fresh cheese which offers the same texture as ricotta.
The minced veggies add such a great flavor along with the juices from the beef
Season with a little black pepper to taste
In a baking dish add a layer of sauce
Cut the lasagna sheets in half
Add a layer of lasagna sheets over the sauce
then add the meat and cheese mixture
And repeat
Then pop into the oven and bake for 30minutes
Slice, serve and enjoy!
Whether served with crusty garlic bread or a side salad lasagna is a crowd pleaser!
