Michael himself was more than kind of and provided me with samples of his Fruits Bites and I couldn't wait to try them. The fruits bites are a crispy snack almost wafer thin made with banana, nutty coconut, sesame seeds, raspberries, orange and lemon rind that provide an exotic zesty twist.


I absolutely loved the flavor and texture of these bites it was a cross between a crunchy biscotti and fresh baked banana bread that provided the perfect amount of sweetness, nuttiness from the coconut, zest of the orange and lemon with warm toasty sesame seeds baked to perfection! I found myself using them as a quick on the go snack to provide me with enough energy to get through the day and using as a topping for smoothies!
