Muffin and pie meet in one tasty treat because well, who doesn't love muffins or pie for that matter!?
These muffins are perfect for breakfast or as a little snack they are moist, fluffy and delicious why? Because they taste just like pumpkin pie only bite size!
You can add in anything you like such as raisins, cranberries, pecans, walnuts or chocolate chips for a little extra sweetness!
Poured the muffin batter into 12 paper cups sprinkled on some cinnamon to taste and popped them into the oven till golden brown.
If your feeling a little naughty you could even crumble up the muffins and toss them into the stuffing for a holiday twist.
