Julie and her husband Tom of  Julie's Organic Ice Cream  along with their two sons purchased a ice cream company in 1996 and wanted to make ice cream products that were better for the family and also the environment. I was sent some deliciously baked goods from a wonderful company by the name of  Protein Bakery  for review. You're probably thinking how come the name Protein Bakery especially when they are baked goods such as cookies and brownies.
